FAQs
When can I start?
You can join anytime! Jump in wherever we are in the 8-week cycle.
What do I need to get started?
Bands and dumbbells are necessary. A barbell, weight plates, a rack and a simple cable system are ideal. You can do this at home with those items or in a gym.
How long are the workouts?
Anywhere from 45-60 minutes depending on how many reps and sets you choose to complete.
What do I do if I have questions?
I will be very active in the group answering any questions you have as well as form checks that you post in the community section.
Do I have to be advanced to start?
No! While this program does require a certain amount of mobility, like getting on your knees and getting up and down off of the floor, this is the same program I would subscribe to anyone from a beginner to an advanced lifter!
